🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in sales enablement, training, or sales management; BA in Business or Marketing.
  • Sales Development coaching and outbound outreach expertise.
  • Proficient with Outreach, Salesforce, and LMS platforms.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Copywriting and messaging for high-converting outbound campaigns.
  • Analytical skills to measure lead-to-meeting conversion and ROI.
