📋 Description

• Drive revenue growth by equipping SD teams with strategies, content, training, and tools.
• Partner with SD leadership to lead segment enablement and Lead Gen support.
• Collaborate with Box GTM Enablement across Go To Market teams.
• Coach senior stakeholders and analyze data to measure ROI.
• Develop onboarding and growth programs for SD roles up to Account Executive.
• Deliver training for ICs and leadership; drive content and tool adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in sales enablement, training, or sales management; BA in Business or Marketing.
• Sales Development coaching and outbound outreach expertise.
• Proficient with Outreach, Salesforce, and LMS platforms.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder communication.
• Copywriting and messaging for high-converting outbound campaigns.
• Analytical skills to measure lead-to-meeting conversion and ROI.
