Senior Sales Development Representative - German Speaking (Remote)

📋 Description

• Leverage research and tailored outreach to create new opportunities with both New Logo accounts and
• Run outbound prospecting (cold calling, email, LinkedIn) on strategic target accounts using
• Qualify inbound leads against set criteria, using strong questioning to identify true fit and move
• Research the business issues affecting target accounts and profile key contacts before outreach.
• Build a solid understanding of our technology and solutions, and clearly explain the problems we
• Lead team meetings on relevant topics, share learnings and new strategies to improve SDR

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years related work experience; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding lead generation and new account development
• Fluent English and German speaker.
• Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, listening, and outbound calling - able to
• Proficiency in our sales tech stack, or the ability to become proficient quickly: Salesforce (CRM
• Stays current with AI and prospecting tools, and tests and applies them to improve outreach quality
