• Design training programs on sales, insurance, legal, and product mastery.
• Build training assets leveraging internal experts and leadership.
• Experiment with engaging formats to maximize sales adoption.
• Ensure change management as the organization scales across countries and products.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in sales enablement or similar.
• English fluency with French, Spanish, or Dutch.
• Strong project and stakeholder management.
• Strong business acumen with KPI-driven mindset.
• Learning & Development skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication; empathy and collaboration.
