Senior Sales Enablement Manager

📋 Description

• Define and develop sales strategies and best practices covering discovery, product positioning
• Analyze why opportunities are won, lost, or stalled, using sales performance data, call
• Build and own the sales enablement roadmap, developing role-specific onboarding, continuous
• Personally facilitate training sessions, workshops, coaching programs, and other enablement
• Create and maintain practical sales resources, including playbooks, talk tracks, discovery guides
• Establish and maintain a centralized source of truth for sales knowledge, ensuring resources remain

🎯 Requirements

• Bring 8–12 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years of progressive
• Have a strong record of sales performance and the ability to clearly articulate the strategies
• Demonstrate experience selling across or supporting multiple sales audiences or motions, such as
• Have practical experience developing effective approaches to discovery, positioning, objection
• Bring experience designing and delivering onboarding, training, coaching, and ongoing seller
• Be comfortable using sales enablement, learning, content management, call intelligence, or
