📋 Description

• Develop and execute sales enablement strategy for AE/SE/PS/Support/Partners.
• Design onboarding programs to reduce ramp time and boost productivity.
• Create and maintain sales playbooks, messaging, intel, and battlecards.
• Partner with Product, PM, CS, and Sales Eng to support launches and readiness.
• Develop training on discovery, value selling, and executive engagement.
• Establish certification and readiness programs for consistent sales execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years in Sales Enablement or related roles.
• Experience with enterprise software, SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, or data solutions.
• Proven success building scalable enablement programs in high-growth tech.
