Senior Sales Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead pre-sales activities for cybersecurity solutions in the Central America and Caribbean region.
• Collaborate with partners/resellers to provide technical expertise and engineering support for
• Serve as product expert for Sophos XGS Firewalls, Encryption, Endpoint Protection, Risk &
• Deliver in-depth corporate information on security trends, attack vectors, and vulnerabilities.
• Share strategies to mitigate cybersecurity threats with edge research and real-world methodologies.
• Provide technical guidance to partners to enhance understanding of Sophos solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Software Eng or related field and at least 5 years’ experience in
• Experience with MDR services and Incident Response offerings; understanding of protections for
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality product demos and outstanding customer experience.
• Strong ability to articulate competitive advantages to technical and business audiences.
• Experience selling through channel partners and thriving in a team selling environment.
