Provide pre-sales technical support to the Sales team.
Manage technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and security assessments.
Scope, implement, and support pilots with customers.
Liaise across Sales, Product, Engineering, EHR and other teams.
Contribute to product strategy from market insights and feedback.

🎯 Requirements

EHR experience with Epic/EHR certification desired.
BA/BS in a technical discipline.
6 years of experience in technical pre-sales roles.
Strong problem solving and requirements analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
General programming skills (desired).
