📋 Description

• Work with sales on discovery calls, deep dives, and demos.
• Deliver product demos and POCs/POVs for customers.
• Provide pre-sales technical support to the sales team.
• Analyze customer needs and map NiCE Cognigy solutions.
• Stay updated on competitive AI solutions and comparisons.
• Train teams across the company on NiCE Cognigy.

🎯 Requirements

• Consulting or Sales Engineering / presales experience.
• Enterprise software background, esp. contact center or automation.
• JavaScript programming; knowledge of Java or Python.
• Low-code and conversational AI experience.
• Contact center tech: SIP, ACD, ASR, TTS, IVR.
• Strong presentation skills; fluent in English and Swedish.
