Senior Sales Engineer - AI Agents (DACH)

📋 Description

• Senior presales role guiding complex enterprise deals in DACH and expansion markets.
• Own the technical narrative with enterprise buyers and shape solutions to close seven-figure deals.
• Represent NiCE Cognigy through thought leadership at customer events and market activities.
• Collaborate with product and internal teams to feed customer requirements and enablement.
• Lead discovery calls and technical deep dives with enterprise stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior presales/sales engineering experience in enterprise software.
• Deep background in CCaaS or automation tech; AI Agents and generative AI experience.
• Strong AI tools experience (LLMs, Claude/Copilot, AI app builders) for demos.
• React/JavaScript-based demos; Java or Python a plus; strong technical depth in NLP/NLU.
• Excellent communication and collaboration; fluent in German and English.
