Senior Sales Engineer - Token Factory

📋 Description

• Lead in-depth technical discovery with engineering teams, technical founders, and other customer
• Translate customer objectives into production-ready architectures while identifying technical
• Partner closely with Sales on strategic opportunities, using architectural clarity to influence
• Define measurable PoC success criteria covering latency, time to first token (TTFT), throughput
• Assess workload complexity and determine the appropriate level of optimization, technical support
• Drive structured Go/No-Go decisions and help ensure PoCs remain appropriately scoped, economically

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of AI inference systems and GPU-backed infrastructure, with strong knowledge of
• Hands-on experience with LLM workloads and their architectural trade-offs for deploying inference
• Practical experience with inference frameworks such as vLLM, SGLang, or TensorRT-LLM.
• Strong ability to analyze latency, throughput, cost, scalability, resource utilization, and
• Experience working with engineering-led organizations, technical founders, or highly technical
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions
