🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years' sales and/or relationship management experience.
  • Experience in a B2B or client-facing environment.
  • Proven experience selling FX and/or international payments with solid revenue growth.
  • Fluent Lithuanian and English.
  • Strong understanding of SME and Midcap sectors.
  • Flexible mindset with urgency aligned to a fast-paced culture.
