Lead qualification for inbound enquiries and end-to-end sales for mid-sized events
Develop proposals and negotiate terms within assigned accounts
Collaborate with Senior Account Managers on strategic opportunities
Conduct site visits and client engagements for small and larger programmes
Maintain Salesforce and HubSpot records for forecasting and reporting
Participate in pipeline reviews and commercial planning

🎯 Requirements

1–3 years in sales, BD, venue sales, hospitality, events, or customer-facing roles
Ability to manage multiple priorities and hit targets
CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
