  • Build and own your pipeline via direct prospecting, referrals, and industry relationships.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from discovery to close, including demos and proposals.
  • Demonstrate ROI and tailor demos to show Gradient AI solves buyer problems.
  • Partner with product and customer success to drive successful implementations.
  • Be a credible market voice, linking our software to buyer pain points.
  • Hit annual sales targets and help shape GTM in early product days.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years SaaS or tech sales, with workers' comp or P&C insurance experience.
  • Direct experience selling to carriers, TPAs, brokers, MGAs, or self-insured employers.
  • Proven success selling new or emerging concepts and building a case from scratch.
  • Hunter with a track record of building your own book of business.
  • Excellent communication, ROI storytelling, and compelling demos.
