• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (account management, analytics, measurement, product
• Design and sell bespoke campaigns tied to key advertiser occasions in partnership with Marketing
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales and net margin targets with a trustworthy forecast

🎯 Requirements

• Solid understanding of the CPG environment (direct brand sales, agency, or eCommerce experience)
• Experience selling large brand-centric campaigns against major seasonal tentpole moments, average
• Knowledge of digital media landscape, including connected TV, programmatic, and social platforms
• Strong presentation and proposal-building skills; comfortable presenting to senior client
• Comfort operating at both strategic and executional levels; able to dive into data and surface
• High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and a genuine sense of urgency with clients
