• Lead the evolution of a world-class sales, inventory, and operations planning function within a
• Own and improve the SI&OP process, aligning supply, demand, operations, and financial
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Product Management
• Use data-driven insights to optimize inventory, customer service, profitability, and operational
• Influence strategic decisions by presenting planning outcomes and recommendations.
• Drive transformation initiatives and continuous improvement in planning capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field
• 10+ years in supply chain, operations, planning, or related functions within manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading process improvements and operational transformations.
• Strong understanding of S&OP, inventory optimization, demand planning, and supply chain
• Ability to communicate complex insights to executive audiences and influence decisions.
• Experience in collaborative, matrixed organizations across regions/sites.
