📋 Description

• Own and improve SI&OP process across regions/sites.
• Lead monthly SI&OP cycles: product, demand, supply, exec review.
• Present outcomes, risks, and actions to senior leadership.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Supply Chain, Ops, Finance for aligned plans.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities and risks; actionable insights.
• Ensure ERP loads reconciled demand plans timely.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in SCM, Engineering, Business, Finance; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in supply chain, ops, planning in manufacturing.
• Proven process improvements and transformations.
• Strong S&OP, inventory optimization, demand planning knowledge.
• Executive communication and stakeholder influence skills.
• Collaborative experience across regions/teams.
