📋 Description

  • Originate and develop relationships with institutional FX desks across Europe.
  • Drive full sales cycle from outreach through close; hit quarterly targets.
  • Develop targeted account plans to convert interest into trading relationships.
  • Interface between external clients and Ripple’s OTC desk; ensure pricing, flow, and post-trade communication.
  • Provide real-time market color and client feedback to shape pricing and products.
  • Coordinate with trading, risk, compliance and onboarding for seamless execution.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in institutional sales or trading-adjacent roles.
  • Direct experience interfacing with an institutional trading desk.
  • Well-developed network across European FX desks, digital asset funds, and related institutions.
  • Proven track record of owning revenue and delivering against targets.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative approach.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and other relevant tools.
