Senior Sales Manager

📋 Description

• Demonstrate knowledge of Ripple products: Custody, Stablecoin, Payments.
• Communicate value to Financial Institutions and Crypto-Natives.
• Generate leads and close sales for Ripple in BeNeLux from London.
• Develop strategic plans and account tactics to nurture leads and relationships.
• Conduct client site visits, deliver pitches, and product demos.
• Maintain accurate daily sales forecasts and detailed activity reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 8+ years in consultative sales in tech or Financial Services.
• 3+ years in Digital Assets and/or payments experience.
• Proven track record selling to Financial Institutions and Crypto-Natives.
• Strong European Financial Services and Digital Asset network; independent territory management.
• Additional language skills advantageous; Salesforce proficiency with related tools.
