📋 Description

• daily on the road and actively acquire new car dealerships and partners in the 'Aftersales' area
• Build close, personal relationships with existing customers face-2-face and negotiate contracts and
• Know the reiler in northern Germany and identify potential car dealerships, workshops and repair
• Develop and implement individual sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability
• Analyze market trends, competitors and customer needs from the field
• Analyze and evaluate sales KPIs, identify new revenue opportunities and implement recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• Commercial training with additional qualification or a degree in business administration
• Proven success in the automotive dealership, aftersales or OEM sector
• Hunter mentality and enthusiasm for customer acquisition
• Readiness to travel, valid driver's license class B
• Very good knowledge of sales tools (ideally Salesforce) and with MS Office
• Fluent in German and English
