  • Position DMS solutions to meet business goals and regulatory needs.
  • Conduct product demos and value-based discussions with prospective clients.
  • Develop strategic account plans to drive long-term growth.

  • 7+ years in BFSI sales, enterprise software, or digital transformation.
  • End-to-end sales cycle experience for large enterprise accounts.
  • Strong understanding of DMS and related processes.
  • Experience selling to banks, insurers, NBFCs, or financial institutions.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationships.
