📋 Description

• Own pipeline building, development, prioritization, and forecasting
• Acquire new clients and stakeholders, develop customers into recurring partners
• Lead the full sales cycle from first contact to closing, then hand off to AdOps
• Translate customer goals into media and activation concepts
• Use sales lift data and pilot results as proof points in pitches
• Differentiate VRM against competing retail media formats

• Selling integrated shopper activation campaigns (coupon-driven conversion, measurable sales lift)
• Strong commercial focus: pipeline, closing, customer depth, rebooking
• Ability to work with media planning, ad operations, and data science teams
• Experience in building new media categories or products
