Senior Sales Manager - New Jersey

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop the NJ sales team to hit volume and market share.
• Collaborate with the distribution partner and PM to align ops with plans.
• Partner with Trade Marketing to drive in-store merchandising and promotions.
• Travel to dispensaries to strengthen relationships with top managers and buyers.
• Track lead-to-sale in Salesforce and manage forecasts and KPIs.
• Lead monthly planning and quarterly business reviews with partners and leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years sales experience in CPG; cannabis experience preferred.
• Data-driven with metrics, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Strong ability to build strategic retail partnerships.
• Proficient with Salesforce and productivity tools (MS Office, G Suite).
• Distributor management experience; eligible for MVR.
