Senior Sales Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Calculate monthly/quarterly sales commission payouts on schedule
• Build/maintain commission models in Excel; use incentive platforms (CaptivateIQ, Xactly, Spiff)
• Partner with Finance to ensure commissions accrue correctly per plan terms
• Lead quota-setting and forecasting; provide insights to leadership
• Build dashboards in Salesforce and Looker; surface pipeline health
• Translate data into executive-ready narratives; support planning cycles

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
• Proven track record administering sales commissions and handling sensitive data
• Strong quota modeling with territory planning and attainment analysis
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (complex formulas, pivot tables, modeling)
• Hands-on Salesforce CRM; write/interpret SFDC reports and dashboards
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
• Familiarity with SQL for ad hoc data extraction
