Senior Sales Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Partner with Sales leadership to define key metrics and insights.
• Translate business questions into analysis; surface risks and opportunities.
• Own end-to-end development of Sales dashboards; resolve data discrepancies.
• Build sales performance and quota models for forecasting.
• Create and optimize analytic models; develop reporting practices.
• Liaise across product, marketing, data engineering, and finance to ensure data accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years as a Data/Business Analyst with a focus on sales analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL, Looker (not Looker Studio), and LookML.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets for analysis/modeling.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data flows.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to advise and influence senior stakeholders using data.
