📋 Description

• Lead our annual territory carve for AMER, getting into the weeds of the underlying data to ensure
• Build capacity models that translate growth targets into recommended headcount, territory coverage
• Bring data-driven recommendations for how our sales processes need to evolve as the region and
• Partner with our Business Systems team to scope and prioritize Salesforce flows and automations.
• Continuously evaluate where manual, one-off, or tribal-knowledge processes need to become
• Design dashboards (Tableau, Looker, Salesforce, Clari) that give leadership real time visibility

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business-oriented field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Go-to-Market Operations, Sales Strategy and Operations, or Revenue
• Technically savvy, with a solid understanding of how Salesforce flows and automations work and a
• Hands-on experience with Sales tech stack tools such as Clay, ZoomInfo, Clari, Gong, or Fullcast.
• Proficient with Google Sheets and BI tools such as Tableau or Looker, with experience building
• Comfortable using AI tools to speed up analysis, data cleaning, and reporting, and curious about
