📋 Description

• Use dashboards (Salesforce, Sigma, Gainsight) to monitor pipeline health.
• Spot patterns and anomalies; provide a clear summary.
• Work with Rev Ops to flag data quality issues and improve core tools.
• Run ad hoc analyses for annual planning (territory design, quotas).
• Identify AI tech to boost seller productivity (Notion, Claude, Gong.io).
• Build relationships with Demand Gen, Customer Success, and Product.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience and MBA or equivalent.
• Synthesize complex information into clear narratives for senior audiences.
• Juggle multiple priorities; manage stakeholders; drive to closure.
• Intellectual curiosity and a bias toward data; ask why before conclusions.
• Comfortable with a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment where priorities shift.
