🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years recruiting in high-growth startups with GTM/Sales focus.
• Exceptional sourcing and candidate engagement; build complex Boolean searches.
• Strong technical fluency (cloud, infrastructure, engineering).
• Data-driven mindset; optimize recruiting with tech and data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
• Experience with C-level; coach hiring managers; onsite in Seattle 3 days/week.
