📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for international roles across Sales, Post-Sales, Compliance, Marketing
• Act as a strategic talent partner to hiring managers, including advising on market dynamics
• Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies that identify, engage, and close exceptional talent
• Develop regional talent maps across priority markets that include high-performing companies
• Create an exceptional candidate experience where every touchpoint reflects TRM's talent bar
• Use data, market insight, and funnel conversion metrics to diagnose search health, influence hiring

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, with strong experience supporting international sales hiring in
• Proven success hiring across Sales, Post-Sales, Compliance, Marketing, and other business functions.
• Strong knowledge of APAC talent markets, with the ability to adapt strategy by region, function
• Strong search fundamentals including market mapping, talent intelligence, passive candidate
• The ability to quickly understand complex business roles across GTM, compliance, marketing, and
• Strong analytical ability to interpret recruiting metrics, funnel health, conversion rates, and
