📋 Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting for revenue roles.
  • Handle multi-geography recruitment across NY, SF, London, LA.
  • Maintain a strong talent network and outbound outreach.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years full-cycle GTM recruiting at high-growth enterprise SaaS.
  • Deep knowledge of what a great enterprise AE looks like.
  • Experience hiring across GTM stack: AEs, CSMs, Solutions Engineers, and sales leadership.
  • Strong outbound instincts and a genuine talent network in enterprise SaaS.
  • Structured interviewer and coach—calibration sessions.
  • Track record closing candidates with competitive offers.
