Senior Sales Response Manager, Loopio Champion

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of our most complex and highest-value proposal responses, coordinating
• Serve as the internal Loopio Champion: maintain and optimize our Library content, project
• Train and onboard new users, and act as the go-to resource when stakeholders have questions about
• Identify and advocate for platform features, integrations, and workflow improvements that increase
• Write and edit proposal content at a senior level, ensuring factual accuracy, consistency of tone
• Set and evolve the standards and playbooks that guide how the broader Sales Response function

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a Sales Proposal or Sales Response Manager role, including experience
• Hands-on experience with Loopio or similar RFP automation software, with a genuine interest in
• A track record of driving process improvements and leading change within a response management or
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority deadlines at once
• An analytical mindset, with decisions grounded in data
• Impeccable written and oral communication skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders
