  • Own Salesforce requirements roadmap; light config and dev work to unblock teams.
  • RevOps liaison to Engineering/IT for Salesforce development, prioritization, sprint intake, and releases.
  • Define data governance standards across all revenue pillars.
  • Design end-to-end sales process from pitch to post-sale handoff across revenue lines.
  • Create process docs, playbooks, and guardrails; map workflows and benchmark cycle times.
  • Define and drive AI/automation roadmap for B2B revenue lifecycle; deploy solutions to reduce manual effort.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in Revenue or Sales Ops with experience owning sales tools and processes at scale.
  • Deep Salesforce expertise: hands-on config, flows, custom objects, and reporting; Admin cert preferred.
  • Proven track record designing end-to-end sales processes across complex, multi-product orgs.
  • Demonstrated experience deploying AI and automation solutions in a revenue operations or GTM context.
  • Strong API, data pipeline, and integration fluency; high agency and ability to build structure.
  • Experience in advertising, gaming, subscription/consumer revenue, or platform businesses is a strong plus.
