Senior Salesforce Administrator

📋 Description

• Administer Salesforce and supporting systems (config, upgrades, user support)
• Implement GTM roadmap initiatives from design through deployment
• Maintain CPQ, pricing, quoting, and quote-to-cash workflows
• Manage pre-prod and prod environments; deploy changes with DevOps tooling
• Maintain field hygiene, object architecture, layouts, profiles, permission sets
• Troubleshoot issues; root-cause analysis; long-term fixes

🎯 Requirements

• 5-9 years in enterprise app architecture including Salesforce and revenue ops
• Experience with revenue tech stack: Clari, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo
• Hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud/Service Cloud; CPQ exposure
• Foundational knowledge: Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL
• Integrating Salesforce with third-party tools via native connectors or managed packages
• Contribute to Salesforce initiatives: design, configuration, testing, release management
• Build scalable Salesforce solutions for quote-to-cash and automation
• SaaS business knowledge, sales KPIs, and GTM metrics
