📋 Description

• Configure and administer Salesforce Enterprise edition with data security.
• Maintain and customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Oversee data migrations, integrations, and AppExchange products.
• Collaborate with leaders to define problems and propose solutions.
• Develop and test new functionality and evaluate Salesforce releases.
• Create training materials and provide ongoing Salesforce end-user support.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Salesforce Administration experience in large-scale deployments.
• Strong change management and business process reengineering skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Superior verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Experience using AI tools; familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus.
• Degree in CS/IT or related field; Agile/SCRUM experience valued.
