Senior Salesforce Administrator

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end administration of Abnormal's Salesforce platform (users, roles, security).
• Lead platform configuration: custom objects, fields, layouts, and Flow automation.
• Design, build, and maintain Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL extensions.
• Own integration layer with third-party tools and AppExchange packages.
• Establish Salesforce security: SSO/SCIM, IP/login restrictions, least-privilege.
• Manage release lifecycle: sandbox strategy, CI/CD, seasonal deployments.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration and Development in a production, multi-integration org.
• Salesforce Administrator certification required
• Declarative config (Flow, rules, permissions, layouts) plus code (Apex, LWC, SOQL).
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security architecture: roles, sharing, SSO/SCIM.
• Experience owning third-party integrations and AppExchange packages, including installs/upgrades.
• Sandbox management, DevOps tooling, and release management practices.
