Senior Salesforce Administrator

📋 Description

• Manage Salesforce users and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles
• Salesforce configuration changes, including Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields
• Work with Subject Matter Experts, Business Analysts, and/or Project Leads to validate, understand
• Design and develop robust Salesforce solutions, leveraging platform capabilities
• Provide user support through tickets, training, and documentation
• Test system enhancements and perform quality assurance tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least five years of hands-on Salesforce Administration
• Salesforce certification (Administrator, Platform App Builder)
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce functionality and limitations
• Experience managing multiple projects, from gathering requirements to rolling out solutions
