  • Own full Service Cloud admin: case mgmt, queues, Omni-Channel, macros.
  • First responder for Salesforce requests: users, profiles, layouts, dashboards.
  • Triage RevOps queue in Linear: intake, routing, resolution; escalate.
  • Build declarative automation: Flows, validation rules, approvals.
  • Maintain data hygiene: deduping, imports, mass updates, quality checks.
  • Support GTM integrations touching Salesforce (Talkdesk, Calendly).

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years of Salesforce admin experience (customer support focus).
  • Salesforce Admin cert required; Service Cloud Consultant cert preferred.
  • Strong Service Cloud expertise: case mgmt, queues, Omni-Channel.
  • Declarative skills: Flows, validation rules, security/sharing.
  • Experience with Linear/Jira or similar, high-volume queue mgmt.
  • Familiarity with GTM tools that integrate with Salesforce (Talkdesk, Calendly).
