Senior Salesforce Engineer

📋 Description

• Define and review technical designs for custom development, integrations, and data migrations.
• Lead technical evaluation of Salesforce capabilities (Flow, Agentforce, Einstein AI) and adoption paths.
• Design and govern Salesforce integrations using Workato; drive end-to-end initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate for all audiences.
• Mentor Salesforce engineers; provide architecture guidance; review decisions; share knowledge.
• Set strategy for Salesforce, Ironclad, and Revenue systems to scale and improve experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce.com (5+ years in complex enterprise orgs).
• 4+ years developing with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flow.
• 2+ years building and maintaining integrations with Workato or comparable iPaaS tools.
• Proficiency with Salesforce DevOps tooling, including Gearset or CI/CD platforms and Salesforce DX / Git-based workflows.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce and Einstein AI capabilities.
