📋 Description

• Define and review designs for custom development, integrations, data migrations.
• Evaluate Salesforce features (Flow, Agentforce, Einstein AI) and advise adoption.
• Design and govern Salesforce integrations with Workato; lead initiatives end-to-end.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and communicate clearly.
• Mentor Salesforce engineers with architecture guidance and pairing.
• Set strategic direction for Salesforce, Ironclad, and Revenue systems to scale.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent degree or experience.
• Expert in Salesforce.com with 5+ years in enterprise orgs.
• 4+ years Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow.
• 2+ years Workato or iPaaS integrations development.
• Proficient with Gearset/CI/CD, Salesforce DX, Git workflows.
• Familiar with Salesforce Agentforce and Einstein AI for Revenue.
