Senior Salesforce Engineer

📋 Description

• Own Salesforce delivery: data model, automation (Flows/Apex), UI (LWC), permissions
• Platform-level design: guard data model, sharing, and process design
• Engineering rigor: Apex tests, FLS, governor limits, metadata deployment
• Integration contracts: define API contracts with backend services
• Proactive risk management: surface dependencies and debt
• Communication: translate platform constraints for PMs and stakeholders
• Leadership & mentorship: mentor engineers, lead reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Proven Salesforce experience delivering complex Salesforce Platform projects
• Hands-on Salesforce expertise: Apex, Flows, and LWC
• Data model & security: custom objects, Record Types, FLS
• Deployment & ALM: SFDX, metadata, CI/CD, sandboxes
• Integration: REST/Apex callouts, OAuth 2.0, Platform Events
• Nice-to-have: Salesforce certs, TDD, AWS/Terraform
