📋 Description

• Lead the design and development of complex backend features, writing scalable, high-performing code
• Build integrations and APIs connecting our GTM systems (Salesforce, Marketo, etc.) with other
• Support complex production issues, digging into root causes and driving permanent fixes to reduce
• Champion engineering quality and best practices across the team, helping shape how the team reviews
• Design data models and structures that ensure information flows smoothly and reliably across our
• Leverage modern AI coding tools to accelerate delivery, and help ensure AI-assisted work meets high

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of software engineering experience in backend development (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or
• Great communicator, able to lead technical discussions and translate trade-offs for both technical
• Practical experience incorporating AI coding tools into daily development
• Working knowledge of modern integration patterns, including RESTful APIs, Webhooks, and
• Adaptable and resilient, able to balance long-term projects with urgent production issues
