🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent experience
• 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Database Marketing, CRM, Email, Digital
• Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Engagement Specialist preferred
• Ability to think strategically with strong execution skills
• Ability to work independently without day-to-day supervision
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced dynamic
