Senior Salesforce Project Manager

📋 Description

• Manage complex Salesforce implementation projects across the full lifecycle
• Coordinate with client teams to ensure delivery excellence
• Manage stakeholders, resources and conflicting priorities
• Ensure adherence to delivery structure and PM methodology
• Lead discovery meetings to uncover pain points and objectives
• Advocate for the client to resolve escalations and protect partnership

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years in project management in a consulting environment
• 3+ years hands-on Salesforce implementation experience
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise projects ($1M+)
• Experience working with C-level executives
• Strong English fluency
• Proficiency with enterprise PM tools (Daptiv, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet) and Jira
