🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in CS or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years Salesforce development with 3+ years Service Cloud
  • Certifications: Platform Developer I and Service Cloud Consultant (PD II preferred)
  • Leadership or mentoring experience
  • Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL expertise
  • Salesforce integration patterns and APIs
