Senior Salesforce Technical Lead

📋 Description

• Lead architecture, design, and development of Salesforce across Ad Sales (Sales Cloud)
• Create and execute the Ad Sales Roadmap; drive 2026 priorities and features
• Lead the 3rd-party development team; coordinate with MuleSoft on integrations
• Architect Salesforce and middleware integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft
• Manage AppExchange apps and HubSpot/Asana integrations; ensure ITGC and SOX readiness
• Own end-to-end DevOps standards: CI/CD pipelines and SDLC/ITGC compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development focusing on Sales Cloud
• Proficient in APEX, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and declarative tools
• Experience supporting Ad Sales workflows from inception to delivery
• Architect integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft or similar
• Deep knowledge of SDLC, ITGC, DevOps, and CI/CD in Salesforce
• Agile/Scrum experience; Jira for sprint tracking and JSM for incident/change management
