• Track record of scaling systems/workflows at large user scale.
• Ability to create clarity from ambiguity and make ROI-driven decisions.

• Technical fluency to shape specs, roadmaps, and tooling for scale.
• Willing to base in Pittsburgh, PA or New York City, NY.
