📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional programs from definition to launch and scale.
• Partner with Engineering, Learning & Curriculum, and Product to execute workflows.
• Design durable workflows and standards enabling scalable execution.
• Manage risks, dependencies, SLAs, and KPIs for programs.
• Build decision frameworks balancing impact, cost, and complexity.
• Improve time-to-launch and time-to-scale with process improvements.
