📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and status integrated master schedules for active data center projects and the
• Establish work breakdown structures, activity coding, calendars, schedule levels, baseline
• Integrate milestones and dependencies across land and power, permitting, design, procurement
• Lead weekly and monthly schedule-update cycles, validate reported progress, maintain consistent
• Review contractor, consultant, and design-partner schedules for logic, sequencing, durations
• Identify critical and near-critical paths, emerging delay, milestone exposure, and schedule

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or a related field
• Seven or more years of progressive construction scheduling experience supporting large capital
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and experience with Oracle Primavera Cloud or comparable
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining integrated master schedules that consolidate
• Strong knowledge of critical-path methodology, baseline management, progress measurement, schedule
• Demonstrated ability to challenge unsupported schedule logic or progress and communicate schedule
