Senior Scientific Director, Flow Cytometry

📋 Description

• Lead development and validation of Flow Cytometry assays for clinical and non-clinical studies.
• Mentor staff and ensure scientific rigor, regulatory compliance, and timely client communication.
• Act as Technical Lead for Flow Cytometry projects and engage in audits as needed.
• Design experiments, analyze data, and deliver reports to clients on schedule.
• Develop, review SOPs, study plans, and validation/verification activities.
• Stay abreast of regulations and best practices in Flow Cytometry.

🎯 Requirements

• D. in life sciences or relevant field with extensive lab experience.
• 10 years of management experience.
• Strong knowledge of GxP, CAP/CLIA/ISO standards; GLP/GCLP exposure.
• Expert Flow Cytometry experience; handling plasma, serum, PBMCs.
• Panel development for fresh and fixed cells; data analysis and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; proficient with Gen5, GraphPad Prism, Word
