📋 Description

• Lead population-scale statistical genetics analyses
• Inform decisions on new business opportunities
• Apply methods from statistics, ML, and simulations
• Build and maintain tools for reproducible analyses
• Collaborate with biology, clinical, and business development teams
• Present results via internal presentations and reports

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in Statistical Genetics, Human Genetics, Computational Biology, or related with 5+ years' experience
• Experience with UK Biobank and All of Us data; brief project descriptions in resume
• Extensive QC, analysis and interpretation of human genetics data (WES/WGS/array)
• Proficiency in Python and integrating AI tools (Claude, Codex) into workflows with validation
• Experience inferring disease incidence and prevalence from genetics data
• Familiarity with large-scale genomics databases (gnomAD, GTEx, 1000 Genomes, TOPMed)
