📋 Description

• Perform CHO cell line development: transfection, cloning, characterization, and cell banking.
• Drive innovation by developing improved genetic components and host cell line engineering.
• Identify emerging practices for biologics cell line development and manufacturing.
• Represent the cell line development team on cross-functional projects, communicating results and plans.
• Represent Asimov externally, contributing to conferences, filing patents, and publishing manuscripts.
• Manage and mentor a team of 3+ scientists focused on CHO-based biologics CLD.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in CHO-based cell line development, expressing IgGs and bispecifics.
• PhD in Biological Engineering, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or related field.
• Creative problem solver who drives disruptive technology.
• Minimum 1 year experience managing direct report(s).
• Plus if you know vector optimization, CLD optimization, or automated high-throughput screening.
• Experience with a global customer base is a plus.
